Where is the store based?

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes! However, due to recent package content policy changes by USPS, any order shipped by flat mailers will have an added order premium. These changes are already reflected in current shipping costs.

How long will it take for my order to get shipped?
Packages will be shipped out within 2-3 days of order placement.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

When will SOLD OUT items be restocked?
Unless otherwise specified on the product's page, I do reprints before my next cons and may have leftovers afterwards. Please check my website (toastydoodles.com) for my convention schedule!

How are the prints packaged?
I package 11" x 17" prints rolled up in a rectangular box, and everything smaller is shipped in a flat mailer.

Can you sign my print?
YES! Please specify that you would like me to sign a print in the notes of your order!
